Short book. 35 pages. A quick read & can leave you sweating with some of the hot scenes described.
I read this book & I thought it was to the point. I loved the pictures of women at the beginning of the book & the perception of beauty & how it has evolved over time. The different diets & the pros & cons were well illustrated & finally the authors perspective was refreshing. A thumbs up to this book. Read it & if you follow the advice you may lose some weight..:-)
